i sat at the 1/2 with 120$ after payday friday whoo! open 3 bigs with pocket 8's from the button , get called by mp3 and hijack. QJ9 rainbow flop , both checks to me. i lead out pot size bet they both call. Q turn , all check. J river mp3 bets out about pot on river , hijack folds . i tank , forget my hand because ive been up since 5 am and shmooked a beeewwll on the way , then hero called with my pocket 8's. not realizing there is absolutly nothing i can beat with my hand.

brag - easy read on fish

beat - completely forgot my hand

variance - probably shouldnt get high before playing live poker after working all day.

How do you open from button and get called by MP3 and HJ? How do you lead out when you're last to act?

when playing live poker, you are allowed to look at your hand at any time, you know, just in case you forget it.

A. the action was limped to the button (me) with mostly folds. i bet sb ,bb folds.
mp3 and hijack called. ( i thought that was opening when in a limped pot.)

2. the flop was obviously check to me which i bet.
