There are many reasons why Swank Poker will survive and this talk of demise will disappear. You simply can make it happen sooner by spending some of your poker time with us.
Do you offer rakeback?
SAM: Yes. We were not planning to but I see a lot of you asking about it. Sign up, send your Nickname to rewards@swankpoker.com and we'll send you your rakeback details. For those who start playing before and on September 21, rakeback will be up to 30% (based on your play), paid weekly and automatically every Monday. We're still working out what the different levels should be. Any suggestions - let me know. Those who start playing after September 21 will qualify only for up to 20%.
Do you allow player to player transfers?
SAM: Yes. This feature is called Inter-Account Transfer - IAT. Just Log into Swank Poker and go to "My Account/Cashier/Transfer to Player".
Will you be adding more tourneys?
SAM: Yes. Now we have 500K GTD every month, will add more as more players show up.
Do you have deep HU tables?
SAM: We don’t have deep HU tables. We have deep stack SnGs and MTTs. Will add deepHU as we ad players.
Do you have customer support that will actually respond to e-mails?
SAM: Support? Do you really need it? Sure we have it and the best in the industry. These guys and gals served poker players for years. We are also using Live Chat provided by the network for deposit, cashout and tech questions. Live Chat does not know much about the Rewards. So don’t ask them how many points you need for a BJ.
Are we going to have to wait two months for our cashouts?
SAM: No, unless you order a wire transfer to some account in some remote island with an unknown bank that no other bank has heard about. Other than that, cashouts processed within 24 hours, right after the Risk Management’s OK.
Can I run Hold Em Manager on your site?
SAM: We've contacted them. We are small for these services. To some (Tracker, or example), the Network have even offered to pay for the development. I suggest you also send them a line. The more players ask the faster they'll make their software compatible with Swank's.
Can I go to the WSOP with a Swank Logo with my Swank Points on your dime?SAM: Yeah, if you have the balls to wear our t-shirt. We’ll run satellites, sure. Last WSOP Satellite on the network had 1 cent buy-in and you had to beat about 50 players.
AKoffsuit: Will swankpoker be getting some hot porn girls to play there regularly?
SAM: If that’s what “playing” with the hot porn girl means for you – we can arrange it, but we’d rather pay them to play with you in person.

SAM: Without travel means that if you want to arrange your own flight or if we can arrange the reward in your area, you don’t have to spend extra 150K points. As far as the masks, you are the director and you decide. But why not use pictures of your enemies? With ideas like this one you sure must have a lot of them
