im with you, sticking with my 7. I don't see the benefit being worth $800.

My only issue with my 7 is that the battery life is about 12 hours now with all the new software. It always seems like the battery life on iphones is almost exactly 2 years until it ****s the bed.

That's the exact thing about them: they have it down to a strict science as to just how long they're going to let you hold on to their product before it becomes unusable. When you spend the high end money, you should get a durable piece of goods, and they should trust your high-end consumer heart to throw out a perfectly good product for a new better product.
