They speak Danish, they are represented in our government, they vote at our elections, they use Danish money, they have Danish license plates, they have access to social security, free education/hospitals in Denmark just like any other Dane. Their passports says "Danish citizen". They are Danes and Greenland is Danish. The same goes for the Faroe Islands. They are allowed to have their own national sport teams though, because of the distance between them and Denmark.
