...well, maybe not "massive" per se. Big Whites, Hammerheads and the like - sure; but a lot of shark species are smaller than big Tunas or even Cods.
But you're right: this fish-shark analogy in Poker seems fishy when you think about it. And the sharks being predators isn't even the distinguishing feature; I think most fish are predators as well. Meanwhile, whale sharks aren't predators.
