I probably smoked a lot of crack today. I guess I went from "not a crack user" to one.

I'm still a crack smoker but I think I'm starting to see more and more smokers who don't smoke crack. I think for me, I've smoked a lot of crack cigarettes but it is hard to distinguish them from the regular stuff. I guess I had a strong flavor that comes from some kind of smoke but it's not exactly something that's smoked for hours straight, that's not how I smoke now.

I felt like being inside. What happened to my head? I couldn't help but think about how much alcohol I had this morning. I didn't remember how much, but I remembered how much; I still remembered that it was probably way more than average. How many other people would feel like this? I felt like some of the guys were a lot harder to be around than I did, and that it might be because I wasn't the smartest guy. It wasn't until I heard the commotion outside my window that I realized what was happening; and because of that I felt somewhat comfortable in my own skin. I could go outside. There was someone around me and I was able to look into my own mind. But that wasn't quite how I thought. I felt like I was in my own head at this point, and I was starting to think in ways that might make my own experiences less important. My mother told me that sometimes I should just pretend my mom was asleep, because it made me more comfortable, but I just didn't feel that way; it felt too strange and it made me think I wasn't really here. It made me think I wasn't my mom.
