Im done with casinos, their games, and even poker. anymore i cant seem to enjoy it, am too impatient, and lose money. then i feel worse than before i went. Please ban me permanantly from this forum, and i am also banning myself from all the casinos. poker used to be fun, now its just not for me. I dont know why, but in a way its good, im done

thanks for the support.. i have respect and spot in my heart for poker, am ok at it, but just am not into it anymore well enough to really work at it,. to be honest i enjoy playing degen games more, but know thats bad too, so i just cant go anymore... i try to grind and just get bored with it. i dont want to play higher and risk allot anymore, i am content with my job even though i know im pretty much never going to be super rich from it, i only have to work 3 12 hour shifts per week to make around 100k annually. but i wont ever make money like jorj95 or big name players by working. but in a way i think why does it really matter, everyone has a place in the world, and mine will be working in the ICU, not grinding poker. gl to you all and ttyl well prob not as getting perm ban lol

so i went again was running low playing baccarat and this kid gave me a $100 chip which i promptly ran to $500, but then lost it all over the course of the evening. i had a good time though, and have about $6000 left of the 10k i had saved. so not busto really, but hurting some. anyhow i am now done, moving on in life and not gambling heres a joke for you all....what is a mexicans favorite sport its cross country!

OP how do you make 100k per year only working 36 ours per week? Thats pretty strong.

He said he works in ICU. But my money is on that he makes less than 100k/year. Factor in taxes prolly less than 50k. And he said he only has 6k so he degens most of that away anyway.

i want to apoligize, this thread sucked overall and i was a *******. Im sorry. I am a degen who's been losing bad, got upset, acted a fool, but yet i work hard and am not a total degen. I do own a home- a big feat for NYC suburb area as my home taxes are 12k a year and its 300k just to buy it!, and have a paid off car albeit kind of old and not baller. I am married, and have a really nice lifestyle overall, no kids, plenty of cool stuff, trips, etc... But i degen hard and often with casino games. oh the guy that gave a $100 chip was up a ton, i was cool with him, but i went bust and said well i have to go I'm out of cash for this trip.... he just said no stay and tossed me a black chip...thats baccarat crowd sometimes i guess, he was really generous and i thanked him.

I used to be a decent 1/2 player, won a few $50 donksaments, but never worked on my game, just ended up more a casino game player. And i enjoy that more to be real, so thats what i do, with a huge negative effect of losing 10+k per year. And i hate that part of it, but hate waiting for AK at poker or whatever good cards to try to make a play. It just gets boring to me, bc you get used to making a few hundred in minutes as a degen too often. I do make over 100k every year, for past 5 years, working 3 12 hours shifts as a physician assistant in ICU pays around 90-120k depends on location and experience. Overtime is around $75 an hour. Got a sweet xmas check this week- here i come mohegan- wait no umm maybe Parx?
