9- with A - 9 suited (or even unsuited for that matter), i think most will keep on calling, at first in the hope of an ace, and when he saw the turn his heart must have gone 3 beats higher. On the river his heart should have gone a 100 beats higher, but most probably stayed at only +3
2. you could have lost a lot more, had you and him gotten in (re-)raise battle, so be glad even he was in doubt, even be it without any reason to.
3. had I been him, I would have done 2., as there was no higher cardvalue on the table, nor any strange full house combination.
