OP's play is fine on the flop(well id like to see it raised 3x+) if you do it at much higher limits, since the guy betting out would fold to a raise if it was say, $10-20. BUT, since he's playing such low limits + its a full ring game, I would just go ahead and pot raise his flop bet.

As suggested, if he has JTdd or 55-77+, he will usually ship it in, in which case you make the best play on the flop, instead of letting him hit his miracle. At these limits, where the money doesn't mean much, people are usually trying to see the river so often, that you are better off just shipping it in on early streets with nuts as opposed to 'outplaying' them on later streets.

OP, i suggest reading some strategy for low limits, your best option is to be hyper aggro at these limits (this usually confuses them more and are willing to ship it in v.light vs you). Usually players here are playing for fun/ultra bad that they almost are never watching table dynamics and whos playing what hands, etc. There isn't a need to change your strategy because they wont pick it up to begin with.
