3. Blinds are mB0.02/mB0.04. Crazy guy with mB17.13 stack makes it mB0.08 in MP. Shorty stack in HJ with 2mB 3-bets to mB0.24. CO with 4mB cold calls. Button folds. I'm in the SB and 4-bet to mB0.76 and BB folds. Crazy guy calls. Shorty stack 5-bets all-in. CO calls for half his stack. Now the action is back on me and I 6-bet ship all-in Crazy guy folds. 
CO calls the rest of his stack.
The board runs out as follows:

A bit of me still feels unsatisfied because Crazy guy folded. Ugh. How could I have gotten more milibitcoin? I just feel like I could have gotten him to call somehow. What could I have done to get more value?
