Despite being a tribe of nerds who semi-retired from online pokers and slum it with normies, we’ve all had a friend, family member or ourselves have been on the brink. There were times in my 20s in LA where I had pals who were one missed paycheck from homeless or at very least moving back to Mom or Mom/Dads place 100% busted and busto. I had one year where my sister moved in with me and my roommate and then when she got a place and my lease was up I went and lived with her for a couple of months, everyone just trying to get by one month at a time.

There’s plenty of great people who like I was saying last month, are just unlucky. If you’ve ever needed a business deal to close to keep your business open or a check to come by a certain day to pay your rent and it happened - this was the other side of the coin. Someone who didn’t get it in time. If you know someone who got themselves clean despite a divorce and trouble at work, there’s a dude at this place who lost his way.

I can’t hand cash to every person I see on Las Vegas Blvd asking for it, but we can do our best to try and help this organization help these people who want to get back on their feet ASAP and get out of this situation... my point is I’m totally unsurprised if we combined raised 200-300 hundred bucks to help out and honestly KF feel free to ask again in November before the holidays I’ll find something for your group
