Mr. tbh: ibuprofen is not metabolized in the liver extensively like Tylenol is, thus reducing the likelihood of liver toxicity. However, ethanol and NSAIDs like ibuprofen are both hard on the stomach, and NSAIDs are hard on the kidney. So it is not without a thorough warning!
Also cocaine + ethanol = cocaethylene. You're welcome. Get you some of that.

My liver is a champion cocaethylene producer. Although I am out and no clue where to get so not sure when i get to ski again. Although, I will most certainly the next time I go to Buck's in DFW.
