Background on him- played with for an hour ish. Late 20s, College gear, Asian looking, had played tight aggressive. Knew players on table, seemed like a regular, bought in for 600, acted fairly quickly and decisively, usually was aggressive but never anything out of line.
UTG+1 now RE raises to 100. Similar age, he had his chips in a rack already, heÂ’s ready to goÂ…
I decide to push ALL IN, 385 total w AK.
Incredibly unexpectedly I get SNAPPED by original straddle person ,button. For ALL OF HIS CHIPS, I have him slightly covered.
UTG+1 folds and shows 10s
I flip AK. He doesnÂ’t flip. Run out-
Qh 8h 7c
I look at him like come on man, u got aces? He says “I got a queen”
Turn
Ks .
I have AK. I say congrats u got kq?
He shakes his head n disgust, still not flipped.
River is irrelevant-
4s
He then says “two pair and flips over Q4s”
What in the F!!! He plays competent for an hour and then loses his **** w Q4 with only 26 committed? And a dude behind him who COULDÂ’VE had AA,KK,QQ!!
And IÂ’ve played tight the entire time!!!
My buddy claimed it to a “fav hand”. Is that all I can do? Ignore it? Rebuy and attack him even tho itÂ’s the ONLY TIME IN AN HOUR HES DONE THIS? 🤦*♂️
IÂ’d rather lose to KQ, AA, KK, etc!!! Something that made sense!!! What in the F!!! How does these people look themselves in the Mirror and admire this ? ItÂ’s not a bluff; itÂ’s not a drawing hand, itÂ’s literally nothing but a random prayer!!! Why??
Lol, how do yÂ’all handle this?
