Game becomes 5/5/10/20/40/80/160/320/2,400

Folds to hero in SB with AA, jams for about 3k (several players are 5k+ deep). Folds around. Cracked by 74o from button - 2 pair.

Bonus: 2 hands later some guy gets in $2k with Jh8h vs TT, wins with a flush.

Ah yes, sorry, I am not well versed in play when stacks are this shallow. The more I think about it, you are right. He cannot fold when effective stacks are 1 straddle and he is in the straddle. Because pot odds.

But seriously, the real question is how is no one else calling me off here? I get that some people are like 2-5 straddles deep and have more to lose. How does some random guy in the middle not realize it is +EV to call with KJo? ****ing donks. Guess poker is not dead in 2023.

Maybe no one had a hand with acceptable equity against two random cards to justify the call. Just a thought.

The straddles I originally said were not exactly correct, bar the ultimate straddle being $2,400. My stack also not in the shot. I was actually the $10 straddle and jammed for about 3k.

I would only empathize with you in the case you were playing out of bankroll and that one really hurt, otherwise you deserve nothing but trolling for ranting about losing against a hand whose equity should be around 15%.
