I am a semi-reg in other 2+2 forums, but never posted in here before. Last night, I thought of a fun project that I will track ITT.

I have been playing poker for years, and almost only play live now since the laws changed in Florida....games are just so much juicier and I really enjoy playing live more than online.

I was on PTR (PokerTableRatings) last night and pulled up my own stats and was pretty embarrassed with what I saw:

http://www.pokertableratings.com/sta...rch/misfit2005

Basically, I have broken even in cash games lifetime on Stars.....and this is only as a result of running hot in 1/2 PLO (only cash games I play online any more at all) over the last 6 months.

Like I said before, I know the NL games are tough even at 1/2, which is a primary reason why I play live (I play 5/10 - 10/25 live). However, I know the issue that led to my horrific NL stats. I only played cash on Stars after busting out of MTTs.....obv I was tilting/gambling at somewhat lower stakes, and apparently just played awful, leading to above graph.

As a matter of pride (and fun project), I am going to attempt to turn each of the below red numbers into green within the next few months:

1/2 NL 6-Max - Down $3424

2/4 NL 6-Max - Down $2668

5/10 LHE 6-Max - Down $682

1/2 NL HU - Down $156

Those are all the games where I have played over 1000 hands.......I have played about 10K hands of 1/2 PLO 6-max, but I am up $8k in those, so nothing to correct there.

I hope I can get this accomplished.....I think I can beat these stakes at some marginal winrate if I play while not tilting or tired, but we will see about that.

Will post some updates/results for those that choose to follow.

EDIT - gonna tackle each one at a time.....starting with 1/2 NL 6-Max

Thanks dude. I know what u mean. Ive tried to do this before but it just never works out for me. I actaully was down about 2k when i tried this teh first time but then i ended up losing even more, to get to where i am now. so i know how hard it is.

I just hope this attempt turns out better than the last one.
