posted it in LC last month, but didnt wanna say too much about it til I actually got it for sure, and just closed on it today , super excited, when I started looking had no idea what i'd get approved for, but having almost a 100k July gave me some extra $$ to put down, and was obv super happy w/what I got, move in in October, goin down in 6 days to change out some floors, buy a bunch of furniture, and hopefully finish off that theatre / media room, w00t!
