Well for this to realistically happen they would have to eliminate the luck factor and miracle suckouts. They would have to have a rule like if they went all in, then the chips will be instantly shared out in terms of the amount of equity they each have in the pot. For example if it was 60/40 one player would recieve 60% of the pot and the other one 40%.
