yeah he is def still playing... played with him briefly today.

Wasn't really in the mood to update considering was losing soo much. Had like 20 losing session in a row SS plo50. Finally decided to cut tables back and start to full stack. Randomly played some 100plo and a few 200plo session but going to stick to 50plo for right now.


I've been hanging with stinger alot since I been in vancouver and he told me I should be more pro and less noob (in his own way), did a sweat with him for awhile and watched him play bunch of tables and talk hands.

This is graph from last 2 weeks 50plo, not sure when i started this challenge, upswing at end is when I started full stacking, up about 22BI's since. Stinger play like psychopath so helped me get out of my nit SS mindset lol.

Have barely played last 2 days (3kvpp/day) and been taking it easy to refresh mind. Grind starts up again tomorrow. When fullstacking I am getting close to .5vpp/hand compared to .35/.4/hand shortstacking so the less tables won't actually have that big of impact on overall vpp/hr

just curious Joey.. not in a condesending way at all but like seriously wondering. have you ever thought about taking all the connections and advantages youve gotten out of the whole 'get famous for volume' type stuff and use it to rly get good at poker? I mean wouldnt it be way less taxing on you physically and metally and way more profitable in the long run for you to just get good enough by learning from Stinger and his boys to beat the 600 or 1k plo game instead of whoring yourself out for propbet fame and enough money to get you by on semi-baller lifestyle till it runs out and you have to do another one? i mean as a very short-term example, look how much money you made already in a few days of cutting back on tbles to get back on track. you said 22bis at 50plo so a little over 1k which as far as actual winnings is concerned seems like would be a sizable chunck of your lifetime earnings. why not just do that and forget all the other stuff?

that being said, you seem like a chill guy and im pulling for you even tho i feel like this one is gunna be a heck of a lot tougher than the 50k hands bet

buy out of prop, get off the SNE train, play less tables, enjoy improved winrate, move up.

goal should be to play like gavz/skjervoy/magicninja/stinger, not nanonoko.

I agree with the sentiment...but you really could have picked someone other than nanonoko to counterbalance that list as he's probably a bigger winner than all of them (too lazy to PTR...)

sorry if it still came across that way. i dont know the guy ofc but he seems like a chill guy who is just trying to find a niche to make money. i rly wasnt trying to sound condecending at all. i just think that moving on to actually making money from playing poker seems like the obv most profitable move at this point and i just want to know if he is thinking about doing that. as far as explaining the prob bet situation that was probably the wrong way to say it but i was just stating it like it is. i mean thats pretty much what hes doing.

seriously though, pretty sick you got free coaching from stinger. if you're gonna be around him after this prop bet i'd def stop mass multitabling and try to get really good. almost certainly a better way to make money long term
