Well it's kind of a periodic function, and the amplitude is high given the period. He crosses the 0 mark ~22 times. So more than once every 1k hands he's going from up to down or back again.

Its actually not very swingy at all, my usual like 1k/2k hand sessions ill swing 10BI+ easily, my goal for this is to play a very non swingy style so not to have too highs or lows. Going back from -1BI or +1BI really is small in terms of money in the grand scheme of things so trying not to let my emotions get too much when in the middle of the grind

I think it's not possible to have a true winrate >0 playing that tight at plo50.
TBH, without game selection it's probably next to impossible to have a positive winrate shortstacking PLO50 due to 16bb/100 rake.

can you get that much action on entraction?

also, don't underestimate the difference between dealt and contributed. I would be unsurprised if nitty play at PLO + SNE nets you >100% on a contributed basis.
