At this point it's his call if he wants to continue with the current amount of action. The start date remains Nov 2nd. And to be fair to everyone who has escrowed, I'm gonna ask him to set that date as the deadline.

To start the bet, he originally wanted a minimum of $40k in action against. About half of that is escrowed, and $13k more was expressed in interest.

Last week I sent the new rules via PM to everyone who quoted bets but didn't escrow. I still haven't heard back. So it's basically his decision.. I think the rules are fine now so it's just a matter of action.

Due to lack of interest it doesn't look like this bet is going to happen. Their isn't nearly enough money escrowed to make this worth Secr's time. I'll be sending Rider instructions to refund everyone within the next two days unless he changes his mind or there's a sudden surge in action.

I haven't heard any complaints about the updated rules (post #121) so I assume people just didn't consider this a +EV wager.
