I can see why Silent has agreed to 12.5k buy-out and can't fault him for that.

Still i believe Fees should have been made to forfeit the 25k ainec, imo Silent has been screwed out of 12.5k both because at one stage he was looking like crushing this, and also since the rules state that if their broken then that = forfeit.

Was thinking about this lsat night and thought you should def try a buyout, cos anyone betting would take a deal with you sitting up the top.

just drop the issue of fees forfeiting the money. I know it must be fun to gang up on fees cause he made a mistake but the fact is he did the right thing and WCG did the right thing and everyone is happy and the issue can be put to rest.

I agree as well, and I think (based on nothing other than my own opinion/speculation) that if jalex had fees monies in escrow he would have ruled that way.
