If any of the bettors wants to send money on FTP I have taken care of that. Wazz will be the escrow there.

I will ask a mod to edit the OP with added escrow and judges.

can you please go over Wazz's qualifications? Being an escrow is a pretty important job. Holding large amounts of money for an extended period of time and following through with all the necessary duties can be tough.
