Xavier search me in the tax records for last year and you can see I paid a lot of taxes (when I was 18).

Just to specify: The tax-rule is that you have to pay tax if you win 10000 NOK in a single pot/tourny. The pot can thus be 19 999 Nok without beeing subject to tax (given that only 2 players contributed to the pot, making your net profit from the hand < 10 000NOK)

That clause is there only to protect OP and prevent HSPLO reg bettors from making his games tougher. OP cannot lose the bet for it, otherwise every bettor would simply join his tables when it seems like they are losing. Anyway, people who are regularly playing PLO400 anyway (eg. broseph) were allowed to play without risking their bet. He also gave fgators a permission to play at his tables.
