In posts #3743 and #3748, jalexand42 was talking about the Playing History Audit spreadsheet. He calculated the sum of buyins and cashouts, and got a sum of $39,237.85, probably because DPred had lost money after already reaching the required $40k.

Have you tried calculating the cumulative sum (http://www.theexceladdict.com/_t/t040512.htm) for each row in the audit history? Assuming DPred actually sat out from all tables after reaching $40k (but before dropping below $40k again), then there should be a row near the end of the audit history, that shows a cumulative sum of more than $40k.

Why don't you just request the hh for the last week in the lobby, and then sort it by stakes and date, If he at any point the last week have been higher than 762,14 then the end point the case is closed, and he have won the bet.

dpred was never able to allow you sitting down, w/e he might have said. even if you repeat it another million times. what if u lost that pot, and dpred won the bet that way? would you say dpred allowed you to sit?

you should be at least smart enough to read the rules, and understand neither you nor dpred can change them. you are the only person responsible here.

no chance he didnt make it. i mean jalex summary was like 10$ off of what dpreds TOTAL was. and those hands included the ones when dpred played his last session and dropped like 1k.

I.e. DP was allowed to change the rules during the bet without confirmation from the layers? Really?

I am confident the layers would object on changing the rules or making an exception to let you play as I assume it would've been -EV for the layers.

I'm not saying what the consequences should be for you breaking the rules, but it should be no doubt whatsoever that you did in fact break the rules.

um. so delete those?
dpred total was like 39240 or soemthing and when jalexdid this with excel he got like the same number. problem was that they couldnt see if/when he hit 40k. solve that by doing cum sum for each row and look if he crossed 40k. and since he left all the tables while being over 40k you should be able to see this.
