I will attempt to make $40 000 in 31 days playing PLO400 6-max on Pokerstars, starting at November 1st, ending December 2nd.

Odds will be 3-1 in my favour, and I will take action up to 45k (your 45k to my 15k).

Time frame: November 1st, 2010 01:00 AM ET until December 2nd, 2010 01:00 AM ET.

These are the proposed set of rules. Additions and subtractions may be made in the next coming week as people and judges give their feedback.

1. I must have a web-cam on while I play. I will not be disqualified for accidental or technical problems with the web-cam. If I have problems and it continues, it will be up to the judge(s) to decide whether I should be disqualified or not. The link for this will be http://www.justin.tv/donkpredator

2. I am allowed to leave the web-cam to use the bathroom or to grab some food from the kitchen.

3. $40,000 must be won, after paying rake, and not counting rakeback or bonuses or pokerstars frequent player points or money from anything other than the poker games. If $40,000 or more is won, and all other conditions are met, I will win the bet. If $39,999 or less is won, or any other condition is not met by me, I will lose the bet. I may end the bet at any time if I claim to have won the $40,000 prior to the end of the 31 day period. This does not stop the clock from ticking. The 31 day period continues to count down, so I may continue to play if I wish in case the claim is not accepted. Regardless, hitting $40,000 of profits at any point during the 31 day period, if verified, results in me winning the bet, even if I subsequently lose money back.

4. The only situation in which I will be allowed to void this bet midway through is a death in my family (sister, brother, mom or dad, grandparents). Documentation would have to be provided.

5. Those who wager are strictly prohibited from sitting at my tables unless you are a regular or a semi regular at 2/4 PLO 6-max. You also are not allowed to collude/purposely slow down tables. If the judges feel they have enough substantiated proof of a violation of this rule, this will result in a forfeiter of the violating individual's wager.

6. As part of the motivation for the wagerers may be entertainment, I will provide dailyish updates in the thread. Good faith effort to update at least every 24 hours is expected, but this condition will not be considered breached until I play one hand when 72 hours or more have gone by without update. I will use my HEM to import the hands and post graphs of results. At the end of the bet I will have someone from pokerstars support to give us the final/correct result, just incase my HEM misses some hands.

7. I can only play on 20-50BB tables (shallow) or 40-100BB tables. I am not allowed to play on the deep ante tables. I will filter those tables out in the lobby. I must buy in full with the auto rebuy on. If it happens a couple times, this isn't grounds for the bet to be void but if it continues, then it is. It will be judges discretion.

definitely, but I don't think I would have gotten enough action or big enough odds if I were to add the deep ones.

My biggest consern is volume, because there isn't a lot of traffic at regular tables, only the 20-50BB tables. So if Im gonna pull this off I'd need a sick winrate I think

IMO you should be getting like 1-10. Really seems impossible. It's even very, very hard at NLH, and you are doing it with omaha, meaning a lot less hands per/h, imo.

ya but excellent players will have higher winrates in PLO so the less hands per hour is negated. his real problem will be that he cant play deep tables and that 40-100bb tables r less than the 20-50bb tables so he will be forced to play a ton of 20-50bb tables.
