1A. Ballcup’s profit must be greater than $0 at the end of the challenge if SuperNova Elite is acquired, by December 31, 2009 at 11:59pm. Profits include: All money made at the tables while playing, FPP store cash bonuses, SuperNova Mile Stone Bonuses, 10k SuperNova Elite cash bonus (this is an alternative to a trip package that you can just receive cash for). What is NOT included in profit: Reload bonuses, trip packages for SuperNova Elite (i.e. 10k buy-in at Monte Carlo, WSOP 2010 Main Event, etc.), any money earned in VIP Tournaments. My profit can be verified through the official poker stars option ‘Playing History Audit.’ This can be verified by the judges or user Scottyy from the VIP Program at PokerStars. Holdem manager can also be used as a tool if needed, but I figured that would be our last resort, and might make people feel inconclusive about the true results. If my profit as stated above is not greater than 0 by December 31, 2009 at 11:59pm, ballcup, losses the bet. If my profit as stated above is greater than 0 by December 31, 2009 at 11:59pm, Ballcup, wins the bet. Just To be clear: Example 1: If SuperNova Elite is acquired, for example, on December 23, 2009, ballcup still has till December 31, 2009 at 11:59pm, to profit greater than 0. Example 2: If SuperNova Elite is acquired by December 23, 2009, and ballcup has a profit greater than 0, Ballcup has won the bet.

i was also ready to bet if it stipulated profit > 0 -- pure profit at the tables, not counting bonuses or anything. i still think it's a very difficult undertaking and the odds are fair, i'm just a nit and i don't think i like my edge enough without that clause

In regards to Addendum 1A. This has never been a profit bet, and what the OP is undertaking is pretty grueling in of itself (hence why no one has ever done it). We just created that so people had 'something' to show he is not just throwing the challenge to free roll into the money.

As a correction. That was at 24 tables he could play 8+ hours a day everyday. With 18 tables he has to play 9.5 hours to keep pace.

All sick grinders on 2+2 kinda pull me behind, so i am tempted to play way more i would otherwise.

Again, this bet is not intended to be a profit prop bet. The terms of the bet are currently not changing. The intention for this prop bet, by the challenger, is to bet in favor of himself, to play more hands of online poker than anyone has ever played in a 5.5 month time period, and essentially go from approx 40k VPPS to SuperNova Elite in 5.25 months. In the spirit of the bet he is attempting to play to beat the game.

For those that are asking for a positive winrate in the game, without including cash bonuses, is simply unrealistic, and the line for that would be much higher than 3 to 1. Cash bonuses, assuming he finishes the challenge, would total $90,000. So essentially you're asking him to make $90,001. Again this is not the prop bet that he has proposed. (and IMO asking him to make $90,000 while attempting to do something know other poker player has ever done, is a bit aggressive).

2 million hands in 5.5 months is most ever? I am pretty sure I did pretty close to that in the same time span with only really trying 1 month and if he does set the "record" I am going to break it lol.

I understand what you are saying as regards to the profit but people are actually asking him to make .01 profit from playing as essentially he is getting to SNE for free at some point and its about putting in the volume which I know will be a challenge.

I also enjoy how you stress what no other poker player has ever done which is true to some extent but thats because most people would be smart about it and start at the beginning of the year.
