My take: If you're running insanely hot/cold/avg, that's life, but at least keep it real. Every real long-term player has had huge heaters, huge cold deck runs (hopefully at minimal damage), or long break-even stretches. It happens. All the other noise (spearfishing, bragging about your weight-lifting) aside, if you just want to talk cards, and want everybody to stop attacking your play, just POST YOUR CAREER PT STATS. Some people will, but I'll never attack somebody for inferior/average results because it's just wrong. I'm not a long-time 2+2 guy, but I do like that for the most part, 2+2'rs stick together, sweat each other in big online tourneys, host private games, and help each other on the strategy forums. My limited experience in lurking has been: if you're honest in your request, for the most part, your responses will be as well.

Your mistake Speer, was when people asked for your lifetime stats to validate your skills, you gave them the runaround.

Yesterday I didn't play too much. I played a few hours in the early AM, posted that I'm going to shoot some fish (DID SHOOT some fish), came back , posted, slept for 4 hours, played some more, cooked dinner and then the thread turned sour. Part of that was my fault, but part of it was other people's as well. I kill fish, never said SUPERmodels but they were all models (All 8's), I lift, cook, play poker, run my business. I don't play basketball on a regular basis. My life is pretty busy.

ez i for one believe ur sessions are very real, i just know it wont last, yoru just running hot which is hugely inflating your confidence, the downswing will hit and the hot cards will stop. and you are rly in for it
