i cashed this out before busy season for Tax.


I could go through my deposit history, but I think last time I deposited/withdrew was actually around october busy season for tax.


This morning shortbuy 1000 nl with $454 up 5x, and won 6 of 7 tourneys (hu) they were only $30 to $60 tourneys but the only one i lost was not HU, was 4person. i got 2nd.

up 400 at omaha
maybe more than 3k at holdem.
and I don't know how much in tourneys since my tourney uploader is not working but the only tourney i lost i got 2nd in a 4 person.

last night got 4th in 45 person
few weeks ago 9th in 1600+. still need to learn to use my ptracker tourney section.

not sure what you mean by 35/8 to be honest I barely know how to use poker tracker but i don't really care about percentages or what I should or shouldn't do. I play how I play and for me, it works, maybe it doesn't work vs everyone or every time.

There is an idea of an eezspearfish; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold losing sessions, and you can feel my pecs and shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours, and maybe you can even smell the stench of fish and see my speargun and sense our lifestyles and winrates are probably comparable...

I simply am not there.

1) Anyway, back to the thread, I am glad some of you are enjoying it. I have fun posting, and though there were times I was rude (somewhere in the middle of the thread), I did not start off rudely nor was it my intention. Everyone gets heated and that is understandable. I will continue in a polite manner.

2) did post beats to contribute to the "bad beats" part of this thread" instead of solely posting part of the brags part.

NOTE: am losing concentration in my holdem games because of typing on this board but that's okay they're low limit: 200NLHE, 400NLHE, and 600PL.

3) READING I read flynn/mehta/miller's book that I borrowed from a friend. Pretty good. I am also reading Napoleon Hill's Laws of Success (1100+ pages, I'm on page 750, Bobby Baldwin's Winning Poker Secrets, Poker as Life(esquire has excellent writers - I loved the piece on Halle Berry last year),


Yesterday I took a day off after those bad beats. I was up till 6AM that day getting 4,3, and 2 outed.


My omaha game is getting better though I am self-taught as with most things I excel at: spearfishing, wrestling, starcraft, public speaking, and girls.

(piano I was 2nd in state of CA for a major competition though not self-taught - took lessons for 18 years.


So i went diving with one member from the 2006 National spearfishing champion team (1 of 3 divers). He is an excellent diver though every time we have gone on major trips I have outdone him with bigger fish.

We hit the halibut spot but the visibility underwater was 3 feet, diving in shallow from 8 to 30 feet of water, spooked 8 halibut, 4 of which were nice sized. Imagine poking the speargun in every area you think there would be a halibut and yes, there is one but by the time you can make any part out it is too late. Once the swell heads down I will be diving that spot again. Heading out to Catalina Friday and my goal is another couple thousand and

DIVING PLAN: I will take a trip up (and then back down) the coast of California doing a camping/diving trip. Hit the spots: La Jolla, Laguna, Palos Verdes, Malibu, Santa Barbara, not sure there's much good diving between SB and Monterey, then hit the Abalone, Ling-Cod, Rockfish up Northern california. My friends have been selling the fish to chinatown and I think that would be something I would like to do if I'm going to be diving anyway.
