I did get a nice #25 Sheepshead which at the Chinese restaurants sells for $18-22 PER POUND which is incredible. I brought it to teh sushi restaurant and they used the head as the Omakase platter for the people next to us. This is not a run of the mill sushi joint either, it is one of the best in South Bay/CA (gardena area) where there is a big japanese population.

The scallops go for pretty expensive, we shucked them, marinated in lemon and lime, throw some tapatio on top and it's really damn good.
A canoe with a family in it came up to us in the middle of nowhere.

A recipe is to take spare ribs (or baby backs) and do the following: put into a pot: 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp sugar 2tbsp vinegar and enough water to cover the ribs. Then boil them and reduce. They turn out fantastic and is actually one of the secret Chinese recipes. Try it you will be amazed. You have to wait for 3 hours which for many of us is a long time. But it's idle time.

Omaha continues to go well. Maxraises has watched me play. He referred to this thread a few times. I have learned there will always be doubters though I don't really care. Frozzor that 108 vs AQ was a virtual coinflip when the flop hit. 56 vs 44% you just came out on top.
