So I have been working a desk job in addition to spearfishing business, I put in my notice thursday to play Fulltime and run my business.

The job entailed working with forbes 400 individuals for Wealth and tax planning. It wasn't for me and even though the money was pretty decent for a recent college grad I made 2k in 900 hands today, which took about 4-6 hours today 1 tabling. Now I am able to have no distractions for the next week and half (vacation). I will be going back to work until April 19/20 or so and that will be my last day. I have not deleted any hands from PT EVER, so there goes that "mythbuster." To set the record straight, I skipped Nationals (I am not a national champion), but was seeded 4th the previous year at the Nat'l tournament) in order to complete my 3rd and final interview with my (current) company.

My personal business has been increasing and over the past few months the good gear has been getting into dive shops across the nation.

I have gotten some good photography in, went diving last weekend, met Jenna Haze (gf is friends with her), drank a lot of good wine, and purchased a new computer for $400. I actually just 1 or 2 table now, and it is working out fantastic because I get to work on stocks, answer emails, and work on other passive income/investments.


Will see you at the tables. My HU game I THINK is improving, despite having been working I have gained more knowledge about the game. I will have lots of playing this week, going back to work for 3 more weeks on the 25th of March, then out come April 19/20th.

OP, for some crazy reason I have this nasty feeling you were in Vegas about 3/4 weeks ago playing 1-2 NL games over there (of what I saw anyway) and had a 17hr session in harrahs. Day after we played on the same table in the Paris with this crazy chip dumping german guy (we all got paid). If those pictures from that website are you, then I have sneaky feeling that it is you. For all the haters out there, this guy can play (providing this is the guy I met in Vegas a few weeks ago).

I'm trying to restore my old computer. At work we use a system called "gofileroom.com" which is an online database that costs a ton of money. Anyway long story short, I didn't have the proper plugins, it downloaded to my computer and screwed it up. I'm trying to get my HD into another computer to at least get my DATA off of it.

(Hence the purchase of my laptop a few weeks ago), which for the price is fantastic. ($400 CAN'T COMPLAIN!). I love poker for the game. The money is a byproduct and it's loveable, too. For the freedom it provides if nothing else.

For the computer - luckily my "hobby" of spearfishing can be expensed, as well as 50% meals and entertainment w/ client dinners...tax deductible.

There was this girl my friends were talking with on the irc back when irc was cool. She was a model, a gamer, had a great job besides modeling, always went to great trips, backed up her stories with consistent photos.

Like 4-5 people I know went to meet her only to be unable to meet her for some random reason.
