You can't call down with jack high like this at anytime, this is such bs. OP sucks. even if you make 1 river call with jack high out of 100 spots where he's facing a river bet while holding jack high, he's probably still losing.

As someone new to this forum, this thread is absolutely amazing. There's a ****ton of sheer comedy in here, between the first post's chattroom lines (I love the "I just clicked a button"), and all the people saying what an easy call it is. Yeah, hindsight's 20/20, of course it's easy when you're know it's right.

As for the actual call, I do see what the logic is behind it. But that's much different from actually being able to call. Any form of A-suited and any bizarre KQ/QJ or whatnot would bet different on the turn (with A-Suited) and river (picking up a queen), but still, I don't care how good you think you are, that is one ****ing ballsy call. I'm sure there are people on this forum who say they'd make this call every time, and that's fine, you're free to live in your own little happy world where you're able to do that. Me, I'll tip my hat to a post from 2+ years ago and know there is a huge gap between being able to read/analyze and HAVE A GOOD HUNCH that all you're facing is a busted straight draw, and actually being able to click.

Unless, of course, it really was a misclick that turned into an awesome story.
