I'm not even angry, I'm honestly laughing my ass off at just how bad tonight was!

350 BI 1/3 game where everyone agreed to an UTG straddle to 5.

First hand of the night, flopped top 2 pair with KQ, get semi-bluffed all-in by a straight draw on the flop that hits on the turn.

Then lost with a turn shove with TPTK to some moron who called with bottom pair and a gutshot; rivered 2-pair. That was a double straddled pot so stacks went in easy.

Then KK vs QQ on the driest board you can hope for, buddy rivers a Q.

Then flopped top 2 again with KT maybe half a dozen hands after the KK hand, got semi-bluffed all-in on the flop by a flush draw that hit on the turn.

And a few smaller losses along the way including a pretty ridiculous bluff into multiple players; that was dumb, but that was really my only big mistake of the night. Everything else was just bad luck on top of bad luck in quick succession.

Been a while since I had a night like this. I'm actually perfectly happy with how I played except for that 1 ill-advised bluff, which was a drop in the bucket compared to the rest of the night.

Oh poker. When you suck, you really ****ing suck.

You seem pretty angry to me.

No actually I'm not. I'm way less pissed about tonight than nights where I lose chump change for poor play, or even some nights where I came out ahead but donked off a bunch of chips at the end.

Tonight was just funny how fast I lost, and with no mistakes on my part for any of the big pots.

You should have probably folded river on all of those hands when the straight and flush landed, just saying.

Hey OP. Settle down. No need to be so upset.

Calling off 350 buy-ins with just two pair is probably not a good idea when there are straight possibilities out there. But no worries, the anger will go away at some point. And remember: you don't have to pay taxes on your losses.
