I don't like it when I can't id the language being shouted outside my apartment.

I can recognize Spanish, French, German, Italian, Limey, Arabic, Murican, Kiwi, White Jamaican, Polish, Turkish, Farsi, Quebecer, Valley Girl, Creole, Vermont/New Hampshire Northeast Kingdom, Flanderish, Klingon, Newfie, Standard Redneck, Boston Southie, NoCal, and many others. But I can't recognize this.

Brazilian Portuguese?

Does the dude from The Life Aquatic sing Bowie tunes in standard or Brazilian Portuguese?

Portuguese sounds a bit like a mix of Spanish and Turkish

What's white Jamaican? I know standard Jamaican, which is basically US English with some funky words and pronounciation

I knew a family of white Jamaicans. It's basically the Queen's English words with a black Jamaican intonation, but more interesting than I can describe, really.

Today and only today Sammy will answer the posts of the banned user Mr. Fiddler, but only because Sammy's very happy. Sammy was chosen for an amazing project at his job that will make the world a better place for everyone even animals + make Sammy a lot of money.

Sammy can't go into specifics, Sammy would go to jail if he did. The brilliant minds of danish inventors have come up with a way to make windpower efficient not having to use a +20meters windmill. Infact a normal house could use this new technology and have more power than needed, and the aggregate providing it would be smaller than a standard chimney + zero pollution.
