On another note, I think you could be an excellent fiction writer as well. I'd love a fictional/semi fictional degen book revolving around poker, like Rounders just in book format. No doubt you'd be able to pull that off (if not let alone with your personal story)

I'm sorry but I hate fiction writing. I tried once when I was asked to write a short story for a magazine for a very nice amount of money. I could've basically decided the subject myself as long as it had something to do with gambling. I worked hard for hours and then just gave up. I hated it. I like writing articles such as new age poker strat with a twist, and other stuff I've particularly liked is satire (political and entertainment stuff) and being a critic (did movies and books for a bit). I never really liked doing interviews either but I got to interview basically only people I was interested in (poker heroes and some musicians) so it wasn't too bad.

Anyway I'm in Bcn and the internet works surprisingly well, so I'll continue the story when I have time.

I understand. Political satires would work too, though. What I mean by fiction/semi fiction doesn't have to be all made up stuff though. If you've read scandinavian litterature, the writer Jan Guillou is known for some very interesting stories on pre-89 spinage primarily due to own experience and inside-knowledge (as revealed in his Self Biography). That was moreso the kind of stories I was refering to. If you make interesting stories from real events, so be it. So far it hasn't done this story less entertaining that it's real stuff, quite the opposite actually. Looking forward to next post.
