Also, there will be some dead money in there because of the fishiness level of some of the people who may be there(rich chaldean kids). So, would anyone in the San Diego area be interested? And if so, what limits would you play? Recomendations(sp?) that would make it feasible for you to want to come and play regularly. Thanks guys.
Dude, I could give a f&ck if it's illegal or not, DO NOT DO THIS. I don't care who you think your clientele is going to be. You will have people showing up and getting in that you absolutely do not want. The only way that anything like this can work is if the proprietor has an absolute monopoly on violence in and around the establishment. Legitimate casinos with government approval have a very good way of assuring that monopoly. Illegal casinos/cardrooms, ALMOST ALWAYS BACKED OR APPROVED BY A WELL FUNDED CRIMINAL ELEMENT, also have ways of assuring it.
How do you plan on assuring it?
In summary, this idea is INSANELY STUPID.
