$50 Tournament, 4 way single raised pot. Still pretty deep. Flop 862 rainbow. UTG has 66 and bets big. Our Hero has 43o for the butt-gutshot and calls. Short-stack with K9o decides to call it off as well. Button has 88 and jams for more than potsized. 66 call and it is on our Hero who wastes no time putting in the chips, as he has them both covered.
Runout obviously is 7 5, so the Shorty makes a straight and survives, while our buttshot Hero scoops the side pot taking full advantage of the set-over-set guys.

Local charity tournament, $50 rebuy. We are on final table bubble, 2 tables of 6 players. Tournament structure was awful as you'd expect so everyone is very short. I was big stack at our table with 12 bb. Everyone at the table other than me is clueless on short stack play and is folding far too often.

Super short guy (1.5 bb) shoves UTG. All folds, I reshove from button with 4d5d. I figure I have live cards and with the dead money from the blinds it isn't that bad, it will make me look like a maniac at low cost even if I lose, and most importantly I want to keep this bubble going so I can keep stealing blinds.

SB folds, BB is a super tight lady and she starts agonizing and thinking. The range that she would even consider calling with here given her past history is AK+, JJ+ in my estimation. The fact she has to think about it means either AK or JJ if I had to guess. She pisses and moans for a couple minutes and then folds. UTG shows KT, I show my 45. She loses her mind when she sees my hand and then loses it again when I hit a 5 and knock him out.

Just to show there is a god, next orbit I pick up QQ on button when she is BB again. I shove, she SNAPS with QKo and my hand holds up to make her the bubble boy.
