Haha yeah, it is. My record is 401. It's not in middle of nowhere for me, it's 4km from city center in 5th biggest city of Finland but of course it depends if you compare to New York, then yes.



Conversions were around 115k € total(will raise to maybe 150-170k € depending of what I want). Altogether after everything + equipment and when all the renovations are completed(still doing 2 more rooms inside, kitchen and household room and going to upgrade yard into playground(hockey and basketball)) it will be around one million euro total. ¨

You can't see either monitor on the ends. There is a monitor on the right that you can see the side of.
