Just to prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that this is 'your' setup, would you mind putting up wallpaper (not just photoshopping over the photo) on one of the monitors with the words "FU 2+2" and maybe you can also be in the shot flipping everyone off?

Anyway, very small closet-like-room but nevertheless very clean and well organized. Not bad!

A wicker bin, not great for potential gator-ade leakage, even with a bag in it.: who throws away a gatorade bottle without drinking it all?

Gettin a baller setup, need some help from those who know their stuff -

So I got a $5,000 signing bonus for starting a new job, and I wanna make a pretty nice desk setup. My new apt will have a built in desk similar to this pic:

My desk will have a port for the cables is a 3 inch hole directly in the center. That's what she said. Also there is about a 2.5 foot clearance from the desk to the start of the above cabinets.

I already have a chair and a CPU. So far I'm looking into getting the following items:

2 - 27" Asus monitors http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236091 mostly due to the price, the low bezel, and the wall mount option.

A wireless keyboard/mouse

Mini-fridge with a glass door front

A free-standing dual-monitor mount that can support 27" monitors (I've seen bad reviews from the Chief KTP225 and just wondering what else is out there) Most stands only support up to 24", and several of ones rated for 30" are absurdly expensive.

Possibly other gadgets that will turn my workspace into a more baller setup. Any suggestions of some of the things on my wishlist are appreciated.

Moving May 28-31, and will definitely post before and after pics. Thanks -

Edit: This workspace is in a partitioned room with dimensions of about 5' x 6'.

I strongly recommend a monitor that will support a resolution of 1920 x 1200 like this one:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824254052

or

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...719&CatId=3774

As far as mounting them, they will probably look really nice bolted to the wall instead of a stand/arm. You can even use a cork board behind the monitors to hide the cables and make the space even more useful...kind of like this: http://www.desktopped.com/featured/2...-in-cabinetry/

+1
1920x1200 instead of 1920x1080 makes a huge difference. you can't fit 4 fullsize pokerstars tables on a 1080 screen. they have to be resized.

Why do majority of the grinders have an obsession to mount their monitors uncomfortably (and unergonomicly) high? Like above their heads.

Like in this post or all the "TV above monitors" setups.

FWIW there's a huge differences between cultures in this... At least in the UK people had really small bedrooms where they didn't have much else than their beds, in Finland we usually have bigger bedrooms often including a lot of other stuff than bed like TV, computer table, bookshelf, sofa or whatever.
