I was playing 5-10 at the commerce and big jeff was in a big pot with a nitty reg. Skipping to the end, the board was 4 clubs, nitty reg bet 800, big jeff made it 2100. Nitty reg tanks then tables the ace of clubs and says "I guess it has to be a straight flush" and folds. Big Jeff tabled red jacks and we were all horribly embarrassed for nitty reg. So I'm not of the opinion that folding straight flushes is always that cut and dry.

The next time I saw that nitty reg in a big pot with Big Jeff, nitty reg called a check raise on the flop, another check raise on the turn, and a 700 bet on the river with unimproved 22 to Big Jeff's flopped set turned full house. Nitty reg would never call this normally (I played with both of them a lot) but he was so tilted/humiliated by his nut flush fold that his play went to ****.
