it's pretty ironic that if anything, him telling that story is him trying to say that he's good when he's pretty much the only one saying so. what a leveler. probably would make a great heads up player.

I've been a member of stox and I admire LA's work ethic and all the efforts he put to be a great player.
But I think there's not a big difference b/w LA and NYCballer.
I've read LA's blog and NYC's post and IMO, u guys r same kind of person.
U just express urselves different forms of words, but what you want to elraborate to others is pretty same.

p.s) what's nycballer's PS or FTP? no levelling, just out of curiosity.

'cause I like having a life and not grinding all day. If I had to play 12 hours a day id kill myself or find another job. The best thing about poker is I can play for a few hours a day and take weeks off at a time, sitting in front of a computer all day is not my idea of living. im just tryin to live'

but you did start a thread challenging someone semi-internet famous knowing the person would decline (or at least you would know if you ever read anything hes posted when drama comes up, which im guessing you have since you dislike him enough to call him out). thats kinda similiar to those things.

of course I didn't know he'd decline. I thought he would and I even said so at the beginning of the thread. Does that mean I shouldn't even try? It's been 8 months since he told me no via PM, he's 700k richer and more high profile with a much bigger ego, which I thought made him much more likely to accept. To be honest I thought there was a chance he'd be like fk it I have x millions whats 75k to shut this kid up beyond if he decided it'd be worth it to play me. can't know unless you try
