I don't think the effectiveness and reputation of the security department was ever in question?

The vast majority of us were/are poker players, when you can see hole cards after the fact, it is not that hard to spot it. There were also a lot of players on the site who would be able to spot things themselves and take the time to contact us. Not always but sometimes they proved correct which was a great help (especially when the e-mails are as detailed and descriptive as possible, with hand numbers, tournament ID's player ID's etc etc)

Details on the other two (BOTS and Multi account detection) would give insight into security procedures sorry

Can you give any insight regarding the FTP RNG and its surrounding programming? Would you say the deal is 100% random, or is it manipulated a bit?

Not really other than the fact it makes no sense to have anything other than a 100% random generator, a poker site doesn't really care who wins a pot, as long as the pot is played.
