I get it brother. Life has a way of beating you down if you don't stay on top of it. All the stress, and candidly the bull**** that we subconsciously choose to stress about, can inhibit our ability to just live in the ****ing moment. Cutting through that unexpectedly is like getting is water thrown in your face and the ***** slapped by all the emotions that you have been blocking out.
I am glad you are able to engage in meaningful self reflection as that sets you apart from a lot of the wild animals that are running around out there.
