First, I would like to say I like your wow videos athene. I think you are one of the most entertaining nerd-bloggers out there. I was a wow nerd too (s5 gladiator feral druid) and I thoroughly enjoy your enthusiastic pseudo-homosexual ramblings. (lots of his videos feature his friend, whom he calls his "boyfriend" prancing about shirtless)
That said, in poker, you are now a small fish. Grats on your grinding skills, but there are many people who frequent this site who make much, much more money than you ever will at poker. In wow parlance, you are now a level 40 night elf bragging to all the gladiators about how awesomely you can kill scorpids in tanaris.
But, good luck in the wcoop. If you won, it would be the most epic pwnage!
would be great if he won a wcoop. imagine the amount of WoW players that would cross over to poker, at least the ones that could scrape the dried cum off their keyboards

Like i speed powereleveld my char world first to 80 in wow with 10million people competing i leveling myself world first best poker player in the world.
i'm not sure why, but this seems like it should be very impressive.
except that Elky was owning at a game that was actually taking mad skillz and not just massive no-lifing. Chiren just won the biggest hopeless nerd award, imo.
I think there are a lot of people hating on Chiren for no reason. Obviously .5ptbb/100 is not particularly impressive at 100NL, but why shoot him down so badly when he could do so much good in the poker community (bringing countless WoW players in, for instance).
I had never heard of him before yesterday, but apparently he has been the very best at many different online games (not just WoW). I'm sure if he applies himself he will become a very good online poker player as well. Many of you were still losing players in the amount of time it has taken him to 24 table 100NL and profit. Even if it's a small profit for now, he's still doing well for the length of time he's been playing (and let's face it, 1.2m hands 24 tabling doesn't teach as much as it would 4-6 tabling).
I assume most of the hate comes from his extreme overconfidence and cockiness. Just chill and let him be who he is. It's quite funny IMO if you stop being so high-strung.
