You can use filter "all in turn or earlier". Then you can type your observed winrate on all in pots along with expected winrate and std dev per 100 to:

And it gives you chance of the happening.
Remember poker tracker only counts all in EV when pot is headsup and HEM counts also multiway pots. Both ways you get inaccurate results.
