Thank you. Long hours with your mother really honed my skills.

I'm pretty sure that you received advice from many more women other than my mother on how to be a sperm bank.

Not even Stars takes in as much deposits as you do.

Here are some hands play by pros that recreate my worst two beats in the thread. I have scoured the internet for these hands which I now know are standard calls and "part of the game".
First hand aa vs xx: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zoLbBA0KB2c I still have never seen that guy ever again, where the hell did he go?
Second hand over pair vs running boat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9koH1nSLfpE

It's essentially not possible. Not only do the vast majority of players not win at poker, the vast majority of players on 2+2 that claim to win don't win.

So just find a new hobby, or be one of those weird people who "enjoy poker" (enjoy losing). You hear this often as well--those people don't actually exist either.

If you're starting out at any less than 1/2 you'd make more money just by getting a job at McDonalds.

This thread where you whine about a standard bad beat (and keep bumping the thread for attention) is pretty much proof that you don’t “have what it takes.”

Wow with abilities of deductive reasoning like yours shouldn't you be putting your time to better use?

OP, if the worst bad beats you took was losing an overpair to an underpair and top pair to running boat ( the second one is gross, I'll give you that ), then you don't know how bad it can really get.

And if you do get any real bad beats, post them in here.

Until then, EAD.

2 days ago hijack calls for 2. I'm in small blind I raise to 8xbb, everything else folds except this insane degenerate looking guy that I've seen lose 1600 in 4 hrs. He has 4c2c I have KK flop come k97all clubs, he goes 45 I re raise to 230. He tanks and then says "only because it's you I call" I dont know that the means but the run out is j6 red cards. The scoops me when he had minimal equity pre hit a miracle flush, made a bad call with a 4 high flush, the dodged everything. It was just so sick I don't even believe it still. Why do I have to get top set there if no king that guy doesn't make a red penny over 50$ more.

I said bad beats. I didn't say to post hands where you were behind when the money got in.

Bad beat: Losing a hand on a later street than the one when the money got in and the condition would be for you to be ahead on the street when the money gets in.

P.S. Fold river.

Later edit:
Post hands, don't describe them.

Stop putting money in when you are behind.

Mid January Update:
My graph has the profile of Mt K2, finally... took 5 months of playing daily for everything to click. No more brags from me though. All thanks due to 2+2 for providing a platform for players to connect and support each other and give advice. None of my friends or family supported me. Even other players at the casino's said it's impossible to do. How did you guys know I only respond to negative criticism?

This is a perfect example of how it's possible to make money playing poker. A read that your seat was unlucky? WTF? Seriously?

Well to me if I see a player losing a lot of hands I might assume he's on a cooler and play against him with a wider range. Do you not play live poker people always draw for a seat when a person with a big stack leaves.
