Some more variance tonight. Wakeup with 56spades in big blind 6 dollars pre flop 4 callers (button straddle) 7d8c9c flop. Utg goes 30 with j9 off 1 club. I shove to 150 all in. He calls reluctantly 6 turn 10 river. Next time I call flop shove turn probably to take down instead of losing. Usually thats a standard shove for me (barring a read)

Then I get kings I raise to 45 mid position raises to 125, I need to fold here but re raise to 300 and lose to the only better hand pre then just play like **** for the rest of the night losing a few buy ins(aq vs 99 vs 67spades (same guy that had j9 hit a flush 99 had top set I had nothing) j9 vs kq flopped opened ended re raised all in didn't hit and then finally q3spades vs jj all in pre vs the best player in the house) Next time not bringing more than 2 buyins with me because after getting rinsed I get tilted.

A new thing I reccomend you all to try is breathing through your nose slowly and concentrate on keeping your heart rate down. It really helps to play your best when you're most relaxed and focused.
