laughably easy

I did this 3 weeks ago and then won 10 games of beer pong in a row right after it. Then ???? and i woke up 8 hours later in my bed with a tiny urine stain on my pants.

Unless I have my math wrong, isn't this about 13 pints in 3hrs 20?

I know people who do this every night.

In 200 minutes got to be at least 35x 25cl beers to make it interesting, and I'd make it 35x 33cl to get good odds.

(and it's not impossible, I know plenty of ****s who go 45 beers+ in 4 hours at "cantussen"(dutch word ldo))

Are you effin ******ed?
35x33cl is more than 10liters of beer.
Its doable but not in 3 hours 20, lol.

I consider myself someone who would never do an alcohol prop bet(meaning, I am not a good drinker), and I've done 8 and a half liters of beer in 4 hours, WITHOUT puking or peeing(was forbidden as a part of the game), if those two were allowed (like 2 pukes and 2 pisses), could've made that easily.

Students=drunk pieces of ****

10 litres of beer is ridic easy. I don't drink so much nowadays, but this was fairly standard consumption for any holiday/weekend away/special occasion a couple years back.

People tend to overestimate how much they can drink, as well as exaggerate it. It's not always intentional; being drunk messes with your memory and your judgement.

We did an interesting drinking contest at uni once. The idea was to try to estimate, as close as possible, how many pints of 5% lager you could drink without passing out or throwing up, then buy the corresponding number of pint cans and drink them. We labelled every can with name and number, and made sure that each one was completely empty when finished. A couple of the girls in our flat officiated. Contestants ranged from moderate drinkers to those who drunk practically every night for months. Obviously it got competitive; it was agreed that maximum respect went to the person who successfully achieved the highest estimate, but failing to complete your wager would be a major embarrassment. We all ate a couple of hours before and no special preparation was undergone (as far as we were aware). Estimates ranged from 8 to 18 pints, and we had four hours. It was hilarious watching the cocky ones with high estimates who frequently talk about how much they can drink and share stories of their 16 pint nights fall well short of their estimates. Few made it past 12 pints. The winner drank 18 pints, but he's pushing 300lbs. Physical size was definitely an advantage.

Point is, as long as you're not absolutely massive, I'd wager a lot against pretty much anybody here claiming they could drink 10l of beer in under 4 hours, or 100 cans in 3 days (assuming reasonable can sizes... wtf is with a 25cl or 33cl can? in what countries is this standard?), or 16 pints in 4 hours without taking a piss. Unfortunately it's a terrible bet to make over the internet since there's such a high potential for cheating, but it's a great way to win money out of mates claiming that 10 litres of beer is "ridiculously easy".

lol I read the 200 shots of beer in 2 hours and knew it woudn't take long for idiots to say how ridiculously easy this would be. Thanks BBV, you never disappoint.

Power hour is about 8 beers to do 60 shots in 60 minutes, and I've seen plenty of dinkers quit on that.

Id bet against the 200 shots of beer thing, and probably try it myself for fun.

Thanks for this investigation; you're using Imperial Pints (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pint) which are 568 ml?

And how much ml is a "beer shot"?

HAHAHA, this

oh this 100 bears in 72 hours is beyond ridiculous, if anyone could do this i would be genuinely disgusted.

200 shots of beer in 2 hours is also just unheard of. Just last week i did the century club (100 shots in 100 minutes) and i got surprisingly loaded off that. if i was lucky, i'd have been able to get up to 150 shots in 150 minutes, but that's pushing it, and i drink a lot.

Everyone passing off these proposed prob bets as stupidly easy needs to understand not everyone is the best in the world at drinking. if was to take either of those bets i would ask at the least 10:1, because for me, they'd be ******ed hard.

Since when did 200 minutes become 2 hours?

A shot in england is 25ml. In some places it 35ml. Different countries have different shot sizes. Some as large as 55ml (fo)

Yes a pint 568ml.

25ml x 200 = 5 Litres (8.8pint)

I would be happy to do this with the 35ml shot glass which is 12.3 pints. I only drink Stella Artois and Kronenbourg, but I would probably drop to Carling/Fosters for this.

I would only do it with a 50ml shot glass if the odds were through the roof.

Yup, you can buy a decent range of pint cans now. We used Stella Artois because we're scumbag wife-beaters with extensive student loans

Our hardcore set of drinking challenges tend to involve 25-30 UK units of alcohol and also tend to get the better of me. 6 litres of 5% brown cider, 4 litres of 7.5% white cider, the vodka challenge (a 70cl bottle), the 10 pint challenge (5% beer)... we used 35ml shots glasses for centurion but shot glasses can be 25ml (standard single), 35ml (large single) or 50ml (double).
