Probably the coke, not only would your teeth rot but, your skin would turn brown and you'd probably have an anal prolapse after what it'd do to your insides.

This guy is only 128lbs (~half joeys weight) and can do ~60 in 10

Seriously, make sure this guy eats vegetables and fruit.

Taking a multivitamin may be a really bad idea if there is a lot of iron in the hot dogs (unless the multi has no iron).

And drink LOTS of water.

This contest is going to be pretty bad for him.

i used to be skinny as **** until i was about 24 and then murdered my metabolism for life one week eating like a big fat **** so if you are really his friend i would recommend forcing him to exercise even if you have to join in yourself
