FWWM - WN recommended a sleeping aid to me that i have been using with some success. They're called Calms Forte. It doesn't knock you out like a sleeping pill but if you take it and lay down you can fall asleep and there is no hangover or grogginess.

I have tried OTC sleeping aids but they did nothing. I found cutting out drinking coffee in the evening helped more. Getting bum raped by the pharm industry as AF snickers in all his vileness.
