recently, when iv been getting sucked out on by the donkey kong peice of s**t c**t's on stars iv found a new way to deal with tilt. iv decided that punching myself really hard in the temple seems to help. (think fight club when the main character pretends to be attacked by his boss but without the blood)

seriously, how bad for you is this? any prolonged affects or just temporary pain?

it depends on whether you punch like a sissy or not. if you do (which is most likely the case) then the only health effect it will have is potential social anxiety if you accidentally have the webcam turned on when you slap the side of your head like a women who just found out her man was spreading aids rumours about her. if you actually have a good punch then yeah you could rattle things around that are meant to stay in place and experience migrane head-aches and potential nose-bleeds.

id just stick to the stress balls or beating up your wife instead cause they are much more proven ways to control tilt and frankly a lot less dangerous

I hear getting the **** out is a proven cure for tilt. A 200 persons study in America showed that 97% of people have successfully gotten the **** out during or after a poker session and this inhibited their ability to tilt.

The reasons for this phenomenon are unknown but this area of research is of high importance, and scientists are under great pressure by the representatives of poker sites.

This is an extensive topic of study and of course further discussion would be required for a full understanding of it.

Whilst we are currently uncertain of causes of the phenomenon described, I would still reccommend following the trend of the general poker world and

6/10 bashing aside, don't do this OP. It's not good for your brain and it's possible you could actually induce yourself to tilt more a la boxing matches. Just stop.

Break your mouse. It's an awesome stress reliever, but be careful. Once you smash your mouse you're going to want to move on to bigger and better things, and that new HD screen you got has been giving you the runabout lately. Go on, just give it a quick jab I wont tell anyone. Yeah you like that huh? Letting all that anger out makes you feel good doesnt it? So what if your fat bird of a girlfriend walks in and sees you punching your computer. You look that sleaze dead in her good eye and tell her... "You're next."

A comprehensive study on this subject was actually conducted by Stetson–Harrison Institute in 2000. It was found out that getting repeatedly hit really hard in the head is not dangerous but actually good for you.

Spoiler:
The study was paid for and administrated by the Republican Party.

I can't understand people getting so emotional about losing money or bad beats - yeah it sucks, but it's part of the game so just sack up and keep grinding. You don't see MLB pitchers punching themselves in the temple when they let up a homer, do you? If you break **** over a bad beat you're probably playing way higher than you should - move down and quit being ****ing smalltime IMO
